Triad Functional Mental Health is happy to offer other supportive services that may be useful in assisting individuals achieve personal values and goals.  Exercise routines, meal plans, and other forms of assistance can be discussed on an as-needed basis.

 

We believe sustainable performance is built at the intersection of mental health, physical training, and nutrition. Our work is grounded in licensed, evidence-based psychological care that addresses both performance optimization and clinically significant mental health concerns. Rather than separating achievement from well-being, we integrate psychotherapy, mental skills, movement, and lifestyle factors to help high-performing individuals build resilience, strengthen consistency, and sustain meaningful progress. This approach allows clients not only to perform at a higher level, but to do so with greater stability, intention, and long-term health.
